I'm not a real Cowboy, but I play one in the movies.
Some genius at Truly Nolan Exterminators thought up this idea. It's an eye-catching advertising gimmick, it gives their employees the perk of a company car, and they needn't worry about the employees abusing the privilege -- because what can they do? Take the wife to a fancy restaurant? What restaurant owner is gonna let them park that thing anywhere near the place?Labels: funnies?

Cowboy, they've been doing it for years. Heck, I remember when it was the really OLD VW bugs and the VW mini pickups they were dressing up. It is a great advertising gimmick, though, huh?!

There used to be a drugstore around here that would deliver prescriptions to its elderly customers. They had a VW Beetle painted pink and all made up with their logos and stuff. There was a big plastic capsule mounted on the roof. They called it The Pillbug. Yuk yuk.

Truly Nolan is just across town from me. I drive past their place most every day on the way home. Great stuff.
