The things you find on Sitemeter early in the morning! I didn't know which concerned me more, the French visits (could be crazy anarchosocialist- hooligan- arsonists) or the Arabs. Turns out a Frog Blog linked to the Day by Day cartoon from Friday. Does '*SNORK*' mean anything inflammatory en francais?

Ya know, I like to think that I coined the term *snork* as is used on the internet today. I used it once on Usenet in the 90s to represent the little sinus chuckle of skepticism--or whatever else you snork for. I hadn't seen it before, but I've seen it a lot since, in the context I originally intended. I think my claim to Internet Immortality is a lot stronger than Al Gore's.
