Asshat NOLA Mayor Nagin isn't fit to shine the shoes of a Lackland basic trainee, let alone earn reelection to office.

SondraK asks whether anybody recognizes all of Generalissimo Nagin's ill-gotten awards and decorations. I recognize enough of them to know he's got their precedence all screwed up and that he's disgracing the uniform "costume" he's wearing.
