Scene: New Orleans convention center. Thousands of black people sitting around amidst heaps of trash, human waste, dead bodies, etc.

A Humvee comes rolling up, and a National Guard officer in cammos jumps out with the attitude and panache of MacArthur, struts into the building and gets everyone's attention with a megaphone.

"I've got great news!... I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico!"
