General Larson was MY first general...the first General of my first major duty command (Electronic Security Command back in '81) and the first General officer I'd ever met personally. He had created the SENSOR OLYMPICS technical competition and even hung a Silver Medal around my neck at one of their Awards Banquets (yeah, I was awesome, just ask me).
