Owner could be frantic. Did you check with vets? He might have a chip under the skin. He must've had a good home--looks friendly and cared for.

The finder (Jen-Jen) is a wildlife re-habber and says she's already taken out an ad and put up posters. She's been down this road many times before; some of her friendly pooches have been abandoned by others for one reason or another.

DUnno, but that is one gorgeous dog.

If she needs somebody to give it a good home, we'd be up for it.

When we rescued Mac, we added a wonderful member to our family. He's 8, and he's as happy as a puppy.
