You might want to put up a link to the original page. to go with the embedded content.
Embedded flash players are unreliable for showing content ... most of them attempt to grab more permissions than a prudent person will give a web browser.
They also make assumptions about what players are installed on the browser.

When I was blogging, I would screenshot the video at a good moment, and post that image, and link the image to the originating page.
My pages loaded faster, and didn't attempt to run content on the guest's browser unless he clicked on the image.
Just my $0.02 .

YouTube videos are pretty innocuous thingers nowadays, since most people gave up the 300-baud modems for faster accesses. I'll post videos whenever I get the notion. Most folks know that if you click anywhere inside the video, it'll open in a new window.
As an aside and OT, Cowboy, you might get a kick out of this.
