She did really good. And in return, the media is doing everything it can to discredit her and her efforts by bringing up that she was fired from her Police gig for - the horror!! - of yelling at a bus driver!! They also are trying to play down her role by saying the shooter killed himself - neglecting to point out he had more than 100 rounds of ammo on him....
She did good, and as they say, no good deed goes unpunished.
