I was just judging by the flag. I googled female harrier pilots and only got one distant shot (attached to a dead article) of a brunette.

Aircrew patches *are* held on with velcro (so some of them come off before missions over enemy territory). Got the pic from the Yafro pic-sharing site with no attached comments other than "hubba-hubba," or some such.
