The Marines don't have their own service academy, being that they're subordinate to the Navy. All their ringknocker types come from Annapolis, where I'm sure many of them play on the football team.

That's what led me to believe it was a fake Photoshop. The missing mag also adds to the case.

He is carrying a M-16 A2 though. Marines always seemed to be equipped with old Army stuff.

You know the USMC has a proud history and do a great job wherever they serve...but I have just about had it with the almost saint like status some people want to apply to them...that poster just reminded me of that.
That being said, I think the poster is fake, it doesn't have a MARINE slaying a dragon or some such.
