Waaaassssaaaaaaaaaabi?

I'm no gourmand and I don't know the difference between regular horseradish and Wasabi (other than it's thicker and green), but I know what I like.

I likes me some hot corned beef and sharp cheddar on a flour tortilla with a pea-sized glop of Nipponese goodness spread across the tortilla.

Substitute corned beef with salami, roast beef, chicken, Polish sausage, venison, turkey... you get the idea, right?
