January 3-Gun Practice Match

Here are the stages as submitted to the Course of Fire Committee. I really "mailed it in" naming the stages, didn't I?

Pistol:
Starting position: Normal Ready behind Table A or Table C. Loaded pistol in holster.

On start signal, engage T1 - T5 from behind Table A, T6 through T10 from behind Line B and T11 through T15 from behind Table C. Paper requires two hits to neutralize.

Rifle/Pistol: Starting position Normal Ready or Port Arms behind Table A or Table C. Loaded pistol in holster; shooter may stage loaded rifle at opposite table before starting.

On start signal, engage with either pistol or rifle T1 - T5 from behind Table A, T6 through T10 from behind Line B, and T11 through T17 from behind Table C. Ground unloaded or safed firearms on table as necessary. Paper requires two hits to neutralize.




Pistol: Starting position: seated behind Table A, hands on knees. Loaded pistol in holster.

On start signal, engage P1 through P6 and T1 and T2 from behind Table A, T3 through T7 through Barrel B, and T8 through T10 from Barricade/Box C. Paper requires two hits to neutralize. All steel must fall.

Rifle/Pistol: Starting position: seated behind Table A, hands on knees. Loaded pistol in holster, loaded rifle grounded safely on table.

On start signal, with pistol engage P1 through P6 and T1 and T2 from behind Table A. Ground unloaded or safed pistol on table and with rifle engage T3 through T7 through Barrel B, and T8 through T10 and P7 through P11 from Barricade/Box C. Paper requires two hits to neutralize. All steel must fall.




Pistol: Starting position: Normal Ready behind table.

On start signal, engage T1 through T3 from left side of table below tabletop level, P1 through P9 from over the table, and T4 and T5 from right side of table below tabletop level. Paper requires two hits to neutralize, all steel must fall.

Shotgun/Pistol: Starting position SG at Port Arms behind Table A, loaded pistol in holster.

On start signal engage P1 through P9 with shotgun. Ground empty/safed SG on table; with pistol engage T1 through T3 from left side of table below tabletop level, and T4 and T5 from right side of table below tabletop level. Paper requires two hits to neutralize, all steel must fall.



Pistol: Starting Position: Box A Hands above shoulders.

On start signal, engage P1 through P8 from Box A and P9 through P16 from Table B. All steel must fall.

Shotgun/Pistol: Starting Position: Box A Hands above shoulders. Loaded Shotgun grounded on Table B.

On start signal, engage P1 through P8 from Box A. Ground unloaded or safed pistol on table and with shotgun, engage P9 through P16 from Table B. All steel must fall.



Pistol or Rifle: Starting position: Normal Ready/Port Arms

On start signal, engage T1 through T5. Paper requires two hits to neutralize.

    one of these times DC and I will have to go to Phoenix and participate in the matches. Since Pima Pistol only has 3 gun
    only four times per year. The stages look fun and challenging!
