Eyes to Japan

Funny how the only pics I took on three trips to Japan were of my NCO Leadership School class and some JASDF aircraft in the Misawa AB pattern. This was back in 1986.

I have several friends in Japan and friends with family in Japan, so this quake got and held my attention right away. This is serious stuff, an 8.9 Richter quake in a crowded First World country dotted with nuclear power plants and high-speed mass transit. I'm thankful for friends' updates on Facebook.
