Microwave for 2.5 mins on High
Garlic and Onion Powder to taste
Stir in liberal glop of Tabasco Habanero Sauce
Top lightly with grated Parmesan cheese
I'm gonna be unfit for human company until tomorrow since I'm projectile-sweating right now.

Actually that sounds pretty good, except I don't like Tabasco. I'd probably use Sontava habanero sauce instead. Or El Yucateca.
