This time I used Alaskan salmon as the seafood component and chopped up two habenero peppers for some heat. Aw, the sweet pain. I don't think I'll do the clams again, so I anticipate using shrimp in the next batch. I might just add one habenero...we'll see what my butt feels like later tonight.
